Mercury came to us in Summer of 2009. I trapped him at Ace Hardware along with his mom, dad, and two brothers. They were all very feral. The boys were around 8-9 weeks. I turned in the parents (we never would have saved the kittens if they'd stayed), kept the boys, and one got a home, one is at the SPCA, and Mercury lives with us. It has literally taken him over a year to come out of his shell and not run every time we walk into the room. Nooch is up at the SPCA of North Brevard if anyone would like to adopt him. He is very shy but really needs someone to love him =)
